our Sanibel Island condo rental. Relax in our recently updated 2 bedroom,
2 bath Gulf Beach condo.
Located on Sanibel Island, Florida, Gulf Beach is
an intimate 14 unit gulf front building, all with gorgeous direct views of the
Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the popular East end of the island, our Sanibel
Island Condo rental is a short distance from the Sanibel lighthouse, fishing pier,
and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The Gulf Beach condo complex has a
heated pool, elevator, and under-building parking.
Our condo is an elevated first floor unit with
breathtaking views of the Gulf. We recently updated it with all brand new
furniture, carpeting, vertical blinds & cornices, 6-panel doors, and it's
been completely repainted. It comes furnished with a king bed, 2 twin beds,
and a queen sleeper/sofa. Each of the two bedrooms and the living room has
their own TV and DVD/VCR. There is a new 35" digital flat tube
TV in the living room and a new 27" digital flat tube in the
master bedroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer
right in the condo.
Sanibel is one of the most unique barrier islands
of the world, where you can enjoy everything from the 6,000 acre J.N. “Ding”
Darling National Wildlife Refuge to its great sandy beaches, voted one of the best
shelling beaches in North America.
As new owners, we are continually updating it with
all the amenities one would want on a Sanibel vacation. Our goal is to
make it the best rental condo on Sanibel so our guests continue to return and
refer others to us. We supply beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas,
binoculars, fishing poles and tackle box, and much more...
We've
added free high speed wireless internet access. You can also enjoy our two free bikes to tour the island's 24 miles of bike trails or use our
set of clubs to enjoy a round of golf.
Bringing children? Our condo rental includes
pool and beach toys, dozens of children’s DVD/VHS movies, board games,
puzzles, and a Sony Play
